Every bag claims to carry everything. Chapter No. 1 was designed to carry one thing well.
At its center: a padded black velvet interior sleeve — 8″ wide, 10″ tall, 2″ deep — built to hold a hardback or softcover book without bending the spine or scuffing the cover.
The oversized removable statement chain threads through 8 spinning O-rings on vertical hardware straps. Thick flat top handles, distressed, tumbled faux leather with an irregular natural grain. Sized to fit under the seat on a plane or pack for a train.
